Before Opening A ticket

We are always here to help you build amazing website for you and your customers using Wiz. It’s Highly recommended to go through the entire theme documentation while building your first website using Wiz to give you better idea about what you can do using Wiz as 10s of theme features and options are not listed in promotional materials and only available at documentation.

Support SLA

We are available from Sunday to Thursday for 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM GMT. Our weekend is Friday and Saturday. During our work hours we regularly respond to all tickets within 48 hours.

during off work hours we keep an eye on the tickets as much as we can to respond to urgent tickets however it’s not guaranteed to respond to you the same day but for sure you will get a response also within 48 hours.

During weekends we always do our best to monitor the new tickets and You will notice that we sometimes reply also during weekends as much as we can however  it’s also not guaranteed to respond but for sure you will get a response the next business day.
